You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of electronic goods, items must meet strict criteria to be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original pristine condition, and in the exact condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all manufacturer and factory seals completely intact.
All accessories, cables, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional items included in the original box must be returned.
The serial number on the product must match the serial number on the original box and our internal shipping records.
For hygiene, copyright, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once the packaging has been opened:
In-ear headphones, earbuds, and wearable tech with direct skin contact.
Opened software, digital downloads, activation codes, or video games.
Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or electrical surges.
If your product arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the unboxing process, the damage to the shipping box, and the product itself. We will prioritize these cases and arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund, covering all return shipping costs.
If we exceptionally accept a return for an item where the factory seal has been broken (but the item is otherwise in brand-new, resalable condition with no missing parts), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value electronic items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wait for our team to review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Securely pack the item in a sturdy shipping box (do not just put a shipping label on the product’s original retail box).
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
